How many of your guests sharedtheir stay?

The photobooth, reinvented: a branded frame, a QR code and a printer the size of a toaster. Guests leave with a free print in their hands and a behind-the-scenes video on their phone, ready for TikTok and Instagram.

No app, no host, no booth. Just this sign and one small leased printer behind the desk.

How it works

Custom on the surface. Industrial underneath.

Your booth is built as its own branded experience: your frames, your layouts, your flow. Underneath it runs the same capture, print and video engines we have shipped for a decade, so a new venue goes live in days, not months.

01

A QR code, not a booth

No shell, no host, no tablet. Guests scan a code and the capture flow opens in their own browser, already branded as you.

02

One small leased printer

The only hardware on site is a compact photo printer we lease and monitor. Media refills, monitoring and support are part of the deal.

03

They shoot it themselves

The hardest part of any experience is getting people to actually post. Guests shoot on their own phone, and we deliver the finished, edited video to their email with easy sharing to TikTok and Instagram.

04

Print, video, opt-in, data

The guest leaves with a branded print. The share video arrives by email, so every session becomes an opt-in and a measurable share.

Verticals

A booth setup for every kind of venue

Stores, hotels, arenas, bars, festivals and activations. Open any vertical to see how the booth is placed and what it produces there.

Want to see your own brand inside a Make it Shareable booth?

We build a live presentation with your logo, your frames and your venue, so you can see the print and the share video before you commit. Live in weeks, running itself.

Frequently asked questions

What is Make it Shareable?

Make it Shareable is a photobooth without the booth. Guests scan a QR code, shoot on their own phone, pick a branded layout, and get a printed photo on site plus a share-ready video by email.

Who is Brandheroes?

Brandheroes is the Copenhagen based company behind Make it Shareable. We have built creator and content technology since 2016, motivated hundreds of thousands of social posts, and now run branded photobooth experiences for venues and brands across Europe.

Do we need to buy photobooth hardware?

No. The only hardware on site is a small photo printer that is leased as part of the agreement, including media refills, monitoring and support. Everything else runs on the guest's own phone.

Why let guests shoot on their own phone?

Because the hardest part of any brand experience is getting people to actually share it. Guests shoot on their own phone, and we send the finished, edited video to their email with one tap sharing to TikTok and Instagram.

What does the venue get out of it?

A branded print in every guest's hand, a share video that carries the venue into their feed, email opt-ins from people who just had a good experience, and reporting per location.

Who pays for it?

It depends on the vertical. Hotels and retail usually pay a venue licence, while bars, festivals and arenas are typically funded by a brand sponsor who owns the frame.

How fast can we go live?

Days, not quarters. The template is built in the dashboard, the printer is shipped, and the QR code goes up. No installation project and no cabling.
